Gate City’s newest Southern barbecue restaurant. The focus is on fresh handmade food, even down to the sauces, such as the Kane Street original sauce, the Alabama white sauce and the vinegar sauce. Everything is made fresh. Even the smokers were handmade by the owners. Fire-grilled and wood-smoked, the menu includes ribs, bone-in chicken, chopped brisket, pulled pork and sweet Italian sausage links, plus outstanding side items – namely the famous corn casserole.
